Diane Clement is the author of seven cookbooks, including Chef on the Run and Zest for Life. She has hosted Global TV's Saturday Chef.
Dr. Doug Clement is co-founder of the Division of Sports and Medicine at the University of British Columbia. He was the team physician for the Vancouver Canucks and is a recipient of the Order of Canada.

I have tried several of the recipes, favorites being the Halibut Tuscan Style , Bulgar Rice Pilaf, Banana Ice with Berry Puree, Eggs with Quick Ratatouille. I look foreward to trying ALL the recipes.
I found this to be an inspiring book that leaves you motivated to cook healthy, and focus on a healthier lifestyle.
The Food part of the book could have reduced to four very helpful pages. This two thirds is yet another recipe book.
The book could have cost two thirds less and been taken up two thirds less space, but it is worth purchasing for the Fitness portion of it. The Fitness portion gets 4 1/2 stars. The recipe portion gets 1 star.
