Organic Lavender Tulsi
A soothing organic tea that blends leaves from the tulsi plant which has been revered in India for more than 5,000 years. According to folklore, tulsi is a healing balm for body, mind and spirit. Gentle lavender adds its special aroma to create a tea that fosters a sense of calmness and serenity. Naturally caffeine free.
Stash Tea is certified organic by Quality Assurance International. QAI is a professional organic certification service that is internationally recognized. QAI's program is designed to certify every step of the organic chain-from the land on which the product is grown, to the growers, to the post harvest facilities and the final processing and handling facilities. Products which carry the QAI certification seal convey the confidence of an unbroken "chain of custody" that all materials and processes have been individually certified as organic.

^I am updating this review as I have a lot to use up. I wanted the Lavender to punch me in the face, I was searching for Lavender teas after trying a delicious one from France, and I generally love Stash products, I wanted it to be strong enough to almost taste like soap. It isn't. I also ordered this not knowing what Tulsi is. It has supposedly calming effects, which to me, came off as depressive, so I had a very dour mood adding to my disappointment when I gave this one star.
However I can see how this would be a very effective "bedtime" tea. This is effective for extreme anxiety. If you steep it long enough, say to where you can comfortably sip, you're going to get sweeter darker notes of lavender emerging. It is still not my favourite but giving it one star was unfair.
