The sound is amazing and the comfort is unreal, I will say the mic sucks, The output quality is just garbage.
I use my blue snowball as the quality is just so much better than the built-in mic.
The software took a bit to get use to but its pretty simple once you use it for a bit and there are a lot of cool features with it to.
I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for one with a DAC.
Easy to set up and ready to go straight out of the box.
My only complaint is with the built-in mic, Like i said.. Garbage.
Comfortable
PLAYBACK QUALITY - 3/5
It's not great. The Steelseries configuration software doesn't offer much in the way of tweaking your audio so you'll need a third-party equalizer if you don't want this headset to sound bad. With some work, it can sound fairly ok. Certainly acceptable for casual music listening (lacks depth) and gaming or for movies and TV shows.
MIC QUALITY - 3/5
It's very clear if a little quiet. I feel like my voice is a bit degraded and always sounds crisper coming through a dedicated microphone but, again, absolutely acceptable for gaming. Not recommended if you're making videos, streaming, etc. though.
COMFORT - 3/5
This is gonna be pretty personal to my experience but it's pretty comfortable unless you're wearing them for a really long time. I've got big ears, so the extra-wide ear cup things are great and completely fit over my ears. This means I really cannot hear anything around me when I'm wearing them (that's a plus in my books). However, the ear cup things are a bit shallow so they're always pressing against my ears a little. After a few hours, this can start to suck. Look into HyperX headsets if comfort is your biggest consideration (although their sound quality is lacking).
AESTHETIC - 4/5
Actually pretty sleek and doesn't lean too hard into the LED-heavy gamer aesthetic. Lights can be configured in the Steelseries software. Ear cup things are a bit too bulky for it to not look goofy as regular music-listening headphones though.
SOFTWARE - 2/5
Lacks a lot of expected features. Poor audio customization, not a ton of options for lighting, no remapping buttons. Software is pretty lightweight though, unlike some other companies'.
BUILD - 5/5
Very sturdy design. I've dropped mine a bunch of times and sat on it once or twice. No parts have shown any sign of damage or wear after 2 years of use (which is a first for my headsets).
ADDITIONAL FEATURES - 2/5
Extra-long cable with in-line volume control is nice. Choosing between game sounds and chat sounds with this volume controller is a bizarre choice though. They're not buttons or a switch or anything. You max out the volume then push a little harder to change into "chat" audio and you minimize the volume and push a little harder to switch into "game" audio. Very, very strange decision that makes switching between the two audio modes a complete hinderance. Really not a big deal though since when would you want to do that anyway? Why would you need to hear ONLY game audio and not chat, or the other way around? And why wouldn't you just mute/unmute the desired services in the Windows audio mixer (or in the game/chat software)? Just weird. The mic can retract into the headset which is always a nice touch. Volume/mute controls on the headset itself are good although standard but the mute button doesn't actually mute. It just significantly lowers the volume of your mic to the point that it's almost muted but not quite. Another puzzling decision.

Awesome job! Great customer service, super fast responses and follow up to make sure that I got my product on time and in good condition even thou that Amazon sent me the incorrect tracking number, the seller step up, send me the correct tracking number, very polite, very fast on contacting me and when I got the headset they immediately send me a message about it. Seller Score is 10/5. Couldn't be more satisfied with the seller. I'm really looking forward to do more business with them.
Ok, now let's talk about the headset. IT'S AWESOME!! Ok, I have tried a lot of headsets in the past from Sony, Logitech, etc., etc., this headset within this budget of less than $100 is the best out there. Super comfortable, great build, very nice sound quality, I will use it for a lot of things like listening to music in the PC, gaming in the PS4, Audioconferencing in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. If you are looking for an over-ear headset for any of those things, you wont regret this one. Headset score 5/5 in sound quality, 5/5 in comfort. Oh, it has RGB, I didn't pay attention to that, when connected using the 3.5 mm it doesn't light up until you connect with the USB to the computer and then the RGB showed. It's a headset so I won't be seeing the RBG by myself so it really is a nice extra but not a must have in my opinion.
