Summer Swap 3: Scarlet and Philippe and Sullivan Kindle Edition
At first they were only joking. Scarlet teased Sully by flirting with Philippe and Sully pretended it had no effect on him. Then she flirted more. Then even more.
Pretty soon, Philippe was sure it was going to be his turn to experiment on the yacht. And he definitely finds a lot about Sully’s wife Scarlet to be attracted to.
Now Scarlet’s game has so much velocity the thing she and her husband teased each other with is hurtling toward reality. Neither of them wants to stop it anymore.
The only question is: Will Sully watch his wife or not? Sully better make up his mind. Because it is going to happen tonight.

I think this book is the VERY BEST I’ve read. It’s a terrific mixture of story, insight, relationship and sexuality. Although this book is part of an wonderful series, one could read this book as a standalone, although it’s much more meaningful as part of the series.
When I read a passage or section that really resonates with me, I usually highlight it. If it’s exceptionally good, I make a comment. Here are a few of the comments I made:
- Very corny but I love it. 👍
- Perfectly stated. Shows the depth of relationship this couple has.
- Priceless!
- This is hilarious!
- A beautiful relationship seldom described - very well done! 👍👍👍
- So very thoughtfully written.
- This chapter to here is both beautifully written and hilarious. Bravo!
- Great lines! 👍😁
Plus about four other sections that had smiling, laughing or thumbs up emojis.
Enjoy! I sure did and I will read this book again.

On the other hand, the whole story has the feel of confinement in a painted "ship" upon a painted ocean... while demon lovers fill the cabins with with ever mounting action, and more and more routine (perhaps I meant rooting... maybe not) experimentation...
Great story, great writing!
Goodness gracious... great balls of fire... Whenever and wherever will the devious author bring this amorous vessel (not named Venus) back to harbour, safe or otherwise?
I feel that at some point a welcome Micky was popped into me grog, and I have become a pressed hand until this torrid voyage escapes Miller's sweaty tropics... Where more and more characters get their kicks and kinks!
Keep it up. You write it, we'll read it.
Captain, my captain.
I do have to call out KT, as I occasionally do, on the rather unbelievable female fantasies lurking beneath the very realistic sounding detail of her intricate play by plays. Women get to have lots of sex with others. Their men nobly and selflessly stand off from taking the same pleasure with other women. The lucky guys are hung and handsome and fun and rich. You know, like lots of men out there. And, most of all, the guys put up with endless processing and maneuvering and power dynamics and oneupsmanship and reading of tea leaves in ways no group of men ever could for very long without falling flat on their faces. A female fantasy: men who think like women!
Feminism’s problem is that, in seeking to eliminate that old double standard, they created a new one. When they start writing stories in which the guy says, “Honey, I’d like to bang my secretary” and she decides to let him because, hey, it makes him happy, and that makes her happy, and he’s taking precautions so the secretary doesn’t get pregnant, and he assures his wife he’s only interested in the sex and won’t get lured away by the little nymph, and the wife is fine with that - hey, sure, I’ll see all this as much more equitable.
I expect that to happen sometime around the Twelfth of Never.
It was good to see Philippe get involved in the action and to find out some more about what makes him tick. I really enjoyed how Scarlet and Sully's relationship affected how their interaction with Philippe played out.
It was interesting to learn more about Lily and Arlo, though their relationship dynamic isn't something that appeals to me.
It appears that there is plenty more hijinks for everyone to get up and I look forward to finding out what happens next.
