Product description

At a time when there are more Nova Scotians over the age of 65 than there are under it, this is a timely read. Richard Saillant is a thoughtful and insightful author who has seen the writing on the wall. I don't like his message, but as a small business owner in a have-not province, I need to know what the future has in store and I'll wager most business owners will agree. (Chronicle Herald (Halifax, NS) 2017-05-12)

About the Author

Richard Saillant is the director of the Donald J. Savoie Institute at the Université de Moncton. Originally from ValComeau, in New Brunswick's Acadian Peninsula, Saillant is a former vice president of the Université de Moncton and senior public servant. He has spent nearly fifteen years in Ottawa in various departments, including the Privy Council Office, Industry Canada, and Transport Canada. He is the author of Over the Cliff? Acting Now to Avoid New Brunswick's Bankruptcy (2014).
