So I was glad to see that this book proves me right! There's lots of thorough research and advice here that might make you think differently about your hiring practices. I'd recommend the Talent Revolution for someone who wants to build a diverse, well-functioning team - but also for anyone who wants to grow a company that's fit for 2019 and beyond.
Older workers are an under-tapped and under-appreciated resource. Let's hope this book changes that.
