"Justin and Drew are a great couple and fill the pages with flirting, dirty talk, and loads of chemistry." ---Joyfully Jay

Product Description

A double shot of devastating news turns Justin Evanson’s life upside down. When he learns his father has cancer, and he has siblings he never knew existed, he leaves everything behind and moves to Virginia to support his dad as he tries to make amends with his family—a family Justin’s not sure he has a place in. Things go from bad to worse when he discovers his recent hookup is his newfound sister’s brother-in-law.

Drew Sinclair never expected to see Justin after their night at the club or to discover their family connection. If anyone found out, it would give Drew’s brother another reason to hate him. But there’s something about Justin that draws him in, and it’s not only because they burn up the sheets together.

One meeting leads to another, and before Justin realizes it, Drew has become the only thing in his world he feels is his. And for the first time in his life, Drew knows what it means to be needed. Being there for Justin and supporting him when things spiral out of control feels right. But with so much happening so quickly, it’s hard to trust their feelings. Is this thing between them real? Or just a test drive before life forces them down two separate roads?

5.0 out of 5 stars One test drive of this book won’t be enough – this story has lots of miles on it May 31 2016

Just when I think Riley Hart can’t outdo her last book, along comes the next one…and it rocks my world even harder. Oh. My. God. I cannot say enough good things about Test Drive. It has to be one of my all-time favorite books and I’m betting I end up reading it over and over again. I simply fell in love with Drew and Justin, from how they went about expressing their emotional vulnerability to exploring Drew’s bisexuality and the evolution of the couple’s physical relationship (talk about melting the paint off the wall!) and their ever-growing and evolving true love for one another, I didn’t want the book to end. I loved this couple.

Hart did an amazing job handling the progression of Justin’s dad’s cancer, as well. The scenes between the family members as they confronted the limited time they had left with their dad once he returned to spend time with Joy, Landon and Shanen were spot-on. Hart vividly crafted real-to-life and poignant scenes where the family embraced their anger about losing him and struggled to hurdle the emotional chasms that came with pulling the “old” and “new” families together after years apart. Some of it brought tears to my eyes because what was taking place was so easy to identify with since it so accurately portrayed the end-of-life scenes I experienced with my dad just a year and a half ago.

And the “Sleeping Beauty” and “Cinderella” nicknames and bantering about health food? Loved it. These two have that intuitive-based relationship, they know how to have fun and talk to one another, and they just “fit” together. Their chemistry is palpable, as is the respect and love they have for one another.

Test Drive is not just a book, or a story, it’s a journey that will touch the reader on so many levels.
5.0 out of 5 stars A Heartbreaking and Wonderful Love Story March 25 2017

This book picks up from where Landon meets his father again since he was twelve years old and finds out he has a step-brother, Justin.

It's a sad and heartbreaking as Justin and his other two siblings, Landon and Shanen, watch as their father dies from cancer. The different family dymanics and chaos is expected and Riley Hart brings us into their trying lives.

Now Shanen has married Jacob and his brother Drew (Andrew), has by pure condience meets Justin in a gay bar and get together in a dark corner to jack each other off, then Drew runs for the hills.

My heart was painful as Justin dealt with his life being turned upside down and the anger that pulsed through his veins. I cried and I laughed and this book was so worth reading. I love Riley Hart's books and this one fits right in with her other two.

These aren't really stand alone books. To get the full meaning behind each couple and as they are bought back into each new book one should most definiately read them in order.

Now I'm starting the next book, Jumpstart and see where that brings me into these incrediable mens lives.

Justin (Landon's half brother) came to town with his dad so he could reconnect with the kids he left before his illness takes his away. Justin doesn't know how to fit in to this family that he only just learned existed. He has always had his dad and sharing him is a hard fought concept for him, he finds himself jealous and afraid.
Drew (brother in law to Landon's sister Shanen) has always felt like an outsider in his family. He never wanted the same things they did so he feels disconnected from them. Add in that he has never told them he is bi-sexual. He meets Justin at a gay club the night he decides to really explore his attraction to men. Only he reacts poorly after their heated encounter and leaves Justin standing there. Imagine both their surprises when they see each other at their siblings get together.
What starts out as a friendship, turns into something more quicker than either were prepared for. But Justin is leaving again after his father is gone.
I thought the two of them were very sweet, Justin was a bit angry but that was due to the situation with his dad and family. Drew was supportive and sometimes it did feel as if he was a crutch for Justin but I do believe the feelings were always real between them.
The ending is an HFN.

This is the third story in the Crossroads Series and it's definitely the best. These stories just keep getting better and better.
This is Justin and Drew's story and if it doesn't pull at your heartstrings I will be amazed.
A quick fling turns into something a lot more with these two men. I found myself cheering for them the entire way through.
Justin has just found a family he knew nothing about and Drew has a family who he feels know nothing about him. Together they find each other and the families they so desire to be a part of.
The emotions that Ms Hart had me experiencing, while reading their story, we're so worth it. It was beautifully written and made me fall in love with these two men so easily.
Once again she has included her characters from her previous stories in this series, which makes the reading so much more enjoyable.
For anyone who loves decent and heart melting M/M books this is one I would definitely recommend.

The Crossroads Series just gets better and better. I thought no couple would top Nick and Bryce as my favorites, but then I met Justin and Drew. Justin is struggling to figure out how he fits in to his family after discovering his father had two other children. He is also trying to come to terms with his father's battle with terminal cancer. Justin has never felt like he fits in with his family, but fights to follow his own path in life. Together they find a connection that they can't resist. Their chemistry is great and a fun hookup soon turns into much more. This book was so touching and sweet mixed with lots of humor. The banter between Justin and Drew had me laughing out loud quite a lot. It was also wonderful to catch up with the couples from the first two Crossroads books.
