The game is divided into Chapters. 15 in total and ever chapter has it's own pros and cons. I'm not going into detail about each of those, but feel that some need your attention. For starters, this game becomes VERY action oriented in the later chapters before returning to "horror" but that's a nice change of pace actually. The MAJOR problem I had with this game were the 1-Hit Kills. I played Survivor mode because I do want a challenge, but when something continues to kill you just with one hit, it gets annoying REALLY fast. This game isn't "hard" it's time consuming in a "trial and error" sort of way. You just continue to replay from the last checkpoint til you figure out what it is you're doing wrong and fix it.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this game very much and am looking forward to the DLC (whatever it may be).
Final Verdict: Check it out! It's a REALLY fun game with typical flaws. If you enjoyed RE4, you're DEFINITELY like this (probably).
I really like the level up system in this game, it's different and I thought it was a cool idea..
However: Be prepared for nightmare like gore, the mature rating is well earned by this game, this is not a game your kids can watch you play. My wife watched about 20 minutes of this game and left the room after asking me "what are you playing!? SO just be aware, it is hard core blood and guts with creepy survival and hospital themes. While I am someone who isn't bothered by such things it could bother someone without "survival gaming" experience and less tolerance fairly easy IMHO.

The delivery time on this game was great. As for the game itself, fun horror detective but eventually gets aggrovating with lack of keeping the player interested in the story.Published 5 months ago by Daniel Cerro
I was impressed with the smooth mechanics and as a huge "old-school" resident evil fan I found it to be an enjoyable survival horror. We need more survival horror for PS 4!Published 6 months ago by adrian vigliotti
