This is the first book I have read all the way through in several years. Augusten Burroughs offers a wealth of invaluable wisdom and effectively communicates that at a level that can easily be understood.

I expected a good read since I already had an appreciation for Augusten Burough's style of writing, but this book exceeded all of my expectations. I really appreciated the author's honestly.

As a fan of the author, this book certainly is not his best. A lot of things written in the book do make sense when you are NOT in the situation, but totally useless when you are. Just my 2 cents.

Augusten Burroughs is a modern day Socrates, bringing a fresh, sometimes harsh, insight into tough topics that others are afraid to delve into. This book has really helped me unravel some deep emotional issues that were buried, and also has helped give me an empathetic insight into the struggle that others might face, as well as the tools to make a significant life change. Thank you.

I like his humor, gave me a few good laughs but in my opinion, the use of the "f" word was overused.
