Muscle Building At Its Best

As a female I thought that this book would be only for men because of the title. But, since I have been working out with the book I have seen progress in my abdominals and legs as well as my back and shoulders. I am leaner, and more motivated to go to the gym. I look at this book as like a guide when I am at the gym. I can literally follow every protocol and get a significant workout every time. I would recommend this for both high performance athletes or people just starting, because they have a protocol for everyone. I am looking forward to more books from Tony Thomas Sports. Next week I will be trying the diet that came with it. Hopefully it will help me as much as the workout did.
