How to choose shower and bath taps?
• Consider which style you're going for in your bathroom, whether it’s traditional or contemporary.
• Be aware of your water pressure. Low pressure taps support high-pressure systems well enough, but the same can't be said in reverse. Confirm that the tap you want suits your system, or you could end up with a slow water flow that makes you wait ages for water to come through.
• See what they are made of. For resistance to corrosion, solid brass is your best bet, although ceramic discs provide a more hardwearing, resilient alternative.
• Look at what’s on the outside. Choose your perfect finish from gold, nickel, chrome and more.
