I don't understand why people are getting all annoyed with this. It's typical tracy Anderson. Lots of slow repetitive (to tire your muscles and keep them awake) movements. It's not cardio. It's toning and strength training and it works. I alternate this with walking or a treadmill.

Hard to follow, maybe because i was already out of shape and a bit overweight. I liked the principal of her workouts however i couldnt get over her over exposed breasts.... Is it just me?? i don't think she needed to look that sexy in a pregnancy workout video made me uncomfortable lol specially one time husband passed by and obviously starred and because I wasnt feeling very sexy myself being fat and pregnant i obviously thought he was staring at her breast just like i was LOL... That was the last time i used this workout dvd

Other than that didn't follow this workout much as i had some complications with my pregnancy amd found them to be a little lenghty and hard for a pregnant person but maybe for next baby i will give it another shot and try my best to ignore her sexiness

I did all the months some where harder then others but it did help me with my nausea I never experienced back pain through my pregnancy and helped me so much with keeping my hips open and endurance for delivery. Plus I never gained to much extra weight. It worked for me.

I love Tracy and have been doing her videos for years. Unfortunately, this program is a far cry from what I have come to expect from her. The month one video is soooooo slooooooooow, it feels like a workout for seniors. They say that, nausea permitting, you can keep the same level of activity during your first trimester as you had before becoming pregnant. My OBGYN has even informed me that it's safe to do crunches, squats, pushups, etc. You just need to check your heart rate and go at your own pace. I feel like if she would have started the program when she was in her first trimester we would have a faster paced first video. You can see her getting winded with just a few moves, which is totally expected in your second trimester, but again...just too bad that she played it so safe. Going to check out some of the videos recommended by other disappointed reviewers instead.

I love these workouts! I look forward to each new workout. They are 40 mins long, which is a perfect amount of time when you are pregnant, good enough to give you a great workout, without being exhausted after. I worked out a lot before I got pregnant and started feeling like regular workouts were getting too uncomfortable around month 5-6, so I was very happy to find this workout series and have been doing them ever since, they are much more comfortable to do when your pregnant. Next time I get pregnant I will be doing these workouts from month one!

Fantastic set of DVD's, I look forward to each new month. You can certainly feel the workout the next day, not overly exhausting though just a lot of sets and repetition.
I would highly recommend this product to all pregnant women.

The workouts are good, and it's nice to have a new workout to look forward to each month. However, a lot of the moves are similar so it becomes a bit repetitive. My biggest complaint is that most months' workouts are 45 minutes + and I found it difficult to find that amount of energy on a regular basis. Had they been 30 minutes, I'd have exercised way more. It was nice to actually feel sore though!

Didn't enjoy this set... I was quite active before pregnancy (enjoyed Turbo Jams / Turbo Fire, the elliptical and yoga). I found it quite boring, and didn't like the amount of time that's spent working out on all fours. I felt like Tracy took a long time explaining each move, and then not much time at all actually doing the move. Stopped doing the workouts after the 7th month dvd. Found jessicasmithtv prenatal workouts online workouts a great way to work up a sweat instead, and now that I'm 37 weeks I'm mostly just doing yoga and walking.
