About the Author

Roelf Woldring runs WeCrut3.com, a talent management firm. He writes regularly, both in print and on the Internet, on business and social issues. He built an highly creative and disciplined Internet software development and production management team for a major financial services organization in the late 1990’s. As an early Internet user, he quickly realized that the Internet would change both our business and social worlds in major ways. Roelf has been an IT professional for much of his career.
