HASH(0x9aa4303c) out of 5 stars sizzling hot!!! 💋 Oct. 29 2014

Packed with sexual tension, lust and undercurrent desire, lies and deceit, this is sinful! It got to me from the very beginning and way before the cliffhanger, I'm a goner!

Core McKay is one hot, sinfully handsome and a walking sex on stick. No matter how much Sin Michaels would like to deny her strong desire, the attraction between this two can light a city block on fire, you could literally feel their body humming with excitement. Though this is a short read, it's long enough to mess and blow your mind and tease your inner desire...can't wait to read the next, a true hot, excellent sexy read! 💓

Core I could tell with his sadistic ways I was totally going to fall in love with him, "oh, darling, I can't begin to tell you all the things I want from you. They would send your gorgeous a** running from this room." Yes ladies it's a serial which means we're left with sort of a cliffhanger, and I didn't like that. I hate cliffhangers I wanted to know what was going to happen next, so hopefully Sedona hurries up and writes the next serial for this series.

HASH(0x9aa43888) out of 5 stars MUST READ-ENTHRALLING & ROMANTIC July 14 2015

Format: Paperback
Twisted Lies Book 1 is a cliffhanger series-A multifaceted enthralling story.

After reading some negative reviews I thought I might put a twist on my review. Some readers did not like where the book ended! Series are actually like TV miniseries only in a book which you can take anywhere. Cliffhanger series are intriguing gives you something to look forward to, and where the cliffhanger ends has been well thought out by the author; actually it doesn't really matter where the book ends that's why it's called a cliffhanger. I love series and I so enjoy getting to know all the characters. I found this to be a very sophisticated read, due to pent up anguish the characters suffered in the past making the story more powerful. Letting go of the past can be difficult and the author shows that in her writing. As far as this being an easy read it was not, and that's one of the reasons I loved it so much, kept my interest till the end and I wanted more. I also love the names of her main characters even they play a part in the story.

Sinthia Michaels nickname (Sin) dream is to be a famous clothing designer, her friend tells her she has an investor willing to invest a total of three million dollars to help launch her business. Her friend keeps the secret of who the investor is. Sin is gorgeous, sexy, audacious, intelligent, and was deeply hurt by her cheating high school boyfriend. She also has a stalker lurking around her life. I would say Sin does have trust issues when it comes to men. Core McKay is a force to be reckoned with. He definitely commands a room when he enters it; he's gorgeous, sexy, buffed, has an illegal past, and Sin's investor. Core has a troubled past too, dealing with his mom's murder and wanting revenge; something that lingers in the mind. If the reader's remember while Core was thinking to himself he wanted a real woman, not the barbie doll or surgery type. He likes Sin's boldness and a lot of other things about her too; I enjoyed his cameo appearance at his club when he first met Sin-the attraction started then. Sin needs a dominant man not because she is a pushover but it will help her grow, and Core needs Sin to find some peace he's been missing since he was a kid..

Incredible story with amazing impressive and engaging characters, the banter was phenomenal, scene descriptions fabulous, and steamy heart-throbbing romance.

An enthralling well written read by a gifted author. I loved this story and I certainly want to find out what happens to Sin and Core. In a series the possibilities are endless and fascinating. { I also like to review books but in an educated fashion}. Without reservations I highly recommend this book, the author and of course the series.

HASH(0x9aa4396c) out of 5 stars A lot going on... Aug. 19 2015

***I received a copy from the author in exchange for an honest review*** So, let me first start by saying thank you to the author for sending me a copy of this first installment of the series. Typically, I really don't like serials. I get the point of them, but I'd rather read everything at one time. This particular serial didn't make me angry when it ended, so that's a plus right there. I felt like there were a few too many things happening though, which caused me to not enjoy it as much as I could have. It went from Sin being in high school with an evil mother, to dropping out of college, to gaining a stalker, to almost being run over intentionally on the street. Then the story skips forward 4 years. Now she's on her way to becoming a famous fashion designer, she's getting 3 million dollars to create her line of clothing (which seems ridiculous; the money not the clothes), her stalker is back, she has flashbacks to meeting her BFF with a needle in her arm to having her stalker almost rape her in an alley, then she's pulled into Core McKay's life long revenge plan just because her name came up in connection with someone in her BFF's extended family. WHEW!! Soooo much in such a short read! There were just so many things happening, that I couldn't fully enjoy it. Which is not to say that I didn't enjoy it at all. The writing was well done. The characters were as developed as they could be for a serial. Would I read the next one? It's a solid maybe.
