That quote really just described the entire book (I finally understood when I looked back at the quotes I highlighted). This book has you wondering: Who killed Misha? Just when you think the whole thing is over, the author slams it back onto the plot and you are left astonished.
We are able to follow the story by Lana's diary. We see her side of the story, but is it really the truth? Plus, we see only what she chooses to put on paper. You're left wondering about Sol and the other people Lana interacts with.
When forty-one years old Lana meets Misha, a customer at her bar and Sol, an ex-New Yorker that radiates the whole I'm-an-mysterious-man vibe, she plans on crossing out having a threesome on her list. Out of the two men, she is more attracted to Sol, but she doesn't pass up the opportunity of a lifetime. Little did she know that opportunity cost Misha his life. The question is WHO did it and WHY?
After Misha's death, Lana and Sol start to bond, their feelings crawl deeper and they are left to question the relationship started on. Can the person they depend so much on be trusted?
I will tell you, I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR THESE TWISTS. WOOOOW...
But then, I was also VERY pleased with the ending!!

Undone is stunning, highly erotic, erotically imaginative, and one hell of a twisty/turny ride. The tale Lloyd unfolds here is magnetic, drawing you in and keeping you turning the pages until, oh, it’s 3:00 a.m. and there’s work tomorrow. But you get my point. Undone will have you hot under the collar and on the edge of your seat. How could we possibly ask for more?
Introduced to a new author (Kristina Lloyd) Brilliantly written.
