Greg Bernarda Greg Bernarda is a thinker, creator and facilitator who supports individuals, teams and organizations with strategy and innovation. His projects have been with the likes of Colgate, Volkswagen, Harvard Business School and Capgemini. Greg is a frequent speaker; he co-founded a series of events on sustainability in Beijing; and is an advisor at Utopies in Paris. Prior to that, he was at the World Economic Forum for eight years setting up initiatives for members to address global issues. He holds an MBA (Oxford Saïd) and is a Strategyzer certified business model coach.

Alan Smith Alan is obsessed with design, business, and the ways we do them. A design-trained entrepreneur, he has worked across film, television, print, mobile, and web. Previously, he co-founded The Movement, an international design agency with offices in London, Toronto, and Geneva. He helped create the Value Proposition Canvas with Alex Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur, and the breakthrough design for Business Model Generation. This is a great book in line with a lot of LEAN and Agile principles. It presents a simple way of managing your Product Portfolio; simple but very effective! I've been in the eMarketing industry for a very long time, from start-ups to majors, and now I'm into Continuous Improvement Initiatives and this book is a real good asset to our various tools. We will combine this to our Inception Phases and Product Management Strategy ! It's really a must read for anyone involved in identifying and improving products!

Yet another superb book from the authors who brought us the business model generation! I find this book to be a library of so many excellent ideas, processes, and explanations. It's one of those books you just need to have on your shelf to come back to over and over again. This book isn't one or two ideas, it's a library of at least 100.

Was too long winded, not a lot of real life examples, and generally boring.I think there's better options out there but someone recommended this to me so I bought it. Didn't meet my expectations fully but had some nuggets here and there.
