There is a Slight skipping at 2:45 in Magneto and Titanium Man ("to gather our force and run" / between "out" and "Force") on disc 1.Probably, it is not understood, unless it is considerably careful and hears it, because it is very few instants. There is the same faulty point also as Japanese pressing SHM-CD.Downloded High-Res,i-Tunes and vinyl have no faulty point.

November 19, 2014 postscript
I contributed comparison of the faulty point to You Tube. If you watch this video,You will notice the gap of sound.

I love the box set and the digitally remastered CD (plus bonus CDs and DVD). Venus and Mars is one of my favorite McCartney albums. The price was right and the delivery was prompt and on time. I have all of the McCartney box sets and, overall, am quite pleased with the sets.
The music sounds great, much better than the previous CDs that I own.

Thank you Amazon, haven't been disappointed yet. Keep up the good work!

When I first bought this as an LP I was very underwhelmed in fact I hated it...listening to the remaster I found a great deal more to smile about. It was not as good as the speed of Sound but it did manage to hold its ground and therefore I gave it a 3 on the scale. For some reason the disc still lacks some basics that would enable it to move any higher. While most of McCartney's Material is Pop Music this disc fails to have that extra degree of mastery that McCartney is fully capable of Producing and has prior to this. He still had not developed his awful recipe for making disc's that would come a little further down the road and would curse him forever after but this does not have the magic of A BAND ON THE RUN, SPEED OF SOUND, OR his Initial LP simply entitled McCartney which was very fresh and new at the time....Spigomars

At first I wasn't expecting any wings albums besides band on the run and Ram (which i just found out isnt even considered wings) to be any good. I was totally wrong; this album does have some silly moments but so did the beatles overall each song has at least something I really like about it. This album is a grower for sure, some songs sort of remind me of t rex mott the hoople english glam rock style too

First of all if you have bought any of the other Paul McCartney Deluxe Collector's Editions then you will know what to expect. Those who haven't then I will tell you. With great photos of the different members of Wings and a bit of background information into the album. Also there are some great replicas including posters as can be seen in the product picture. The album is a great one with some great songs on it. The dvd and the extras are not as good as previous deluxe editions like Ram and Wings over America. But all in all if you are a BIG Paul McCartney fan and have the others in this collection then buy it. However if you are just a casual fan or find this a bit pricey then stick with the 2CD edition which is great too.

Having purchased the "Deluxe Collector's Edition" to add to my collection of Mac's previously released DCEs I was somewhat taken aback at the appearance of the book covering. The previous DCEs books had a "material type" cover while this latest one has a glossy finish which give it a lesser aesthetic appeal. As for the contents of the book itself it's fairly good/interesting. The remastered CD is well produced except for the drums which again seem to be way in the background on most of the songs, a problem which has appeared on all of the different formats & CD versions which I have owned over the years. I was hoping this remastered version would have rectified the muffled drumming but alas it's about the same. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase. McCartney is an icon and most of his music has been somewhat underrated over the years. Point in case, it took years for some so called expert music critics to come around and recognize the excellence of the RAM album. Back in 1973/74 when I purchased RAM I was floored by the brilliance of the album and still am to this day.

A little bit more music than in Wings at the Speed of Sound, but still more memorabilia than music.
And Paul is offering free downloads of tracks that didn’t make the final cut whereas the release was delayed months. Shame.
