This book covers a wide variety of material in a very user-friendly format. Excellent for any one who is time-poor but keen on maintaining personal/family wellness. The author gets the main points across in a clear and succinct manner. For anyone who wants to be more au fait with the companies from which they obtain their cleaning products, this is the book for you! On the other hand, if you are not interested in the future of the planet, and never read product labels, I'd look elsewhere.
I found this book very informative in regards to chemicals and their levels of toxicity in items we use everyday and very limited people have any idea of the dangers in these products. This book would be very beneficial for people of all ages to read from teenagers to young mothers and anyone interested in having a toxic free home or at the very least limit the amount of chemically toxic items from the home. Informative and educational and its easy to read and understand.
