Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicking drills, discipline and warrior’s spirit. Training in Taekwondo requires a person to be dedicated and serious about his training. No martial art is easy to learn, and Taekwondo is no exception. For many beginners in the art, the black belt level is the highest point to reach and they believe that being a black belt means you already know everything there is to know about Taekwondo. This book will teach you the basics of Taekwondo and what you will need in order to be promoted from white belt up to 1st degree black belt, under the World Taekwondo Federation rules.

Interesting, practical, and well written, but too short.
Almost no Information

Be aware this book is only twenty pages long, and covers only basic information you'd find easily with five minutes of Google searching. Covered are basic things like the tenets of Taekwondo, a little history, dojang rules, etc. No techniques or training methods are included in this book, making it effectively worthless. This is no more than a hype pamphlet to advertise Taekwondo.
