The book was great in that it had some complicated ideas (energy systems and how they apply to exercise) but presented them in a way that was easy (easier) to understand and apply in the later sections. All the routines were very detailed.
Overall, a great book and recomended.
Warrior Cardio is a must read for any fitness minded person. Best book in my opinion to shoot you to new levels to achieve your goals
