Now on the hunt for those who hurt your family, you'll be able to monitor and hack all who surround you by manipulating everything connected to the city’s network. Man, I've been playing this game non-stop, and even after finishing the story mode missions, I still find myself finishing up all the little stuff.
Very fun, especially if you play online with other players as it really allows you to feel like a "hacker".
The graphics and scenery were nice too, a very well thought out game.
Just makes me more eager for Watch Dogs 2.
You guys should probably pre-order that too!

The game is kind of a modded GTA V, but with its own story and different abilities. The story is very well-built and clear to understand. It makes the player feel in Aiden Pierce's life, which is great for a video game. Only con is the car driving physics that aren't that gret, but overally this game is great!

Mediocre story, there might be two interesting characters in the game. Map design for the main missions are very well done.

The open world is decent. Great minigames. Decent environmental puzzles. Decent stealth shooter mechanics. Good immersion, car chases are fun and exciting. This game has a good amount of decent content. Plenty of humor from the modern world. Plenty of collectibles and side missions to keep you busy.

Online modes are very fun but sometimes very frustrating as well. These will keep you busy because the online challenges arrive randomly, and they are fun enough for me to accept every single one.

Great graphics in my own opinion, I never paid for a high performance gaming PC and I have set my own expectations. This means your opinion might differ from mine.

From a fun and content amount perspective, it is very comparable to Assasin's Creed 4 Black Flag, which is another open world 3rd person game.

It's nice to see how polarized the critics are on that game. Either you like or you don't. I stand right in the middle, where after ~20 hours of gameplay, I'm not sure what to think of that game.
I've never been a fan of Ubisoft, for their habit to milk the s*** out of a franchise and force it down your throat (just like Activision is doing, however they got MP right!). Watch Dogs seems to be another attempt at pushing something down your throat, something you already experienced somewhere in other Ubi games and that they tried to hide (Ubi is found of their towers and unlocking them to reveal the map...)

For a start, this is not a next gen game. Especially after playing Second Son or Kill Zone. This game doesn't look better than The Last of Us or GTA V but on par. TLOU and GTAV were on last gen console by the way. There is a tremendous let down compared to what they showed at E3 2 years ago.

While the game might have been delayed because of GTA V, I don't see why it took so long to release something that looks unfinished: the free running missions, digital trips and NVZM missions look like they're patched over the game, for no reasons at all. While other side missions are part of the game and fall into the flow of the game, some others seem like a botched attempt at adding content.

The game aslo suffers of the "Skyrim" syndrome, where you can just go everywhere and do what you want, without guidance and boundaries. Right out of the box, you get thrown in there with no real incentive to do the main quest. On top of that, side quests keeps poping in you HUD, like they're trying to convince you to do other stuff than the main quest. By the time I was at the 3rd mission of act one, I already had unlocked 7 guns, without shooting anything or anyone.

Just really boring. Nothing particularly bad, just really kind of meh. If you're really into CCTV simulators, this is the game for you.

It was fun, but I'm glad I played this before Grand Theft Auto V. The map design is beautiful, huge, and complex. Some of the online 1 vs 1 gameplay components are brilliant. Some of the missions are very satisfying, but the overall plot is not very good, especially because the game seems to take itself too seriously. It sometimes feels like Assassin's Creed skinned with a modern city, and recycled character AI code. The biggest drawbacks of this game is that the world and everything in it don't feel totally natural. The world doesn't feel like all its inhabitants are going about their business while you go about yours. It feels like you are the centre of the universe, and everything around you is created for you to play with. I think deficient A.I. is to blame, along with glitches like parked cars that disappear when you walk or drive past them, or cops that will plow through bus shelters full of people when trying to stop you. The game also has some bugs that prevent you from ever achieving 100% completion. Lastly, the absolutely worst part about this game is how many cheaters invade your game and give you no chance of winning 1 vs 1 matches. I'm glad I only paid $20 for it.

If it's $20 or under - grab it! It's a great third-person game - involves free-roaming (and tons of computer hacking) across a high-tech city. Campaign and story are interesting - side missions are fun but can get repetitive. Overall, good gameplay, great way to spend time.

A fun game, a little boring and repetitive after a while since hacking (being a gimmick) is the only thing it has going for it.
The mini games are quite fun, and so are all the side quests, but the story line is bland and pretty boring to be honest. I found myself spending much more time roaming the city streets than playing the campaign. The multiplayer is nothing special, yes you get to hack and try and evade the enemy player, but after a while that too gets repetitive. The only saving grace is the online multiplayer combat mode where its a team based 4v4 matchup.
