New in 2013, the Spirit S-210 LP gas grill has a sleek and stylish stainless steel shroud and door that are also durable enough to give you years of dependability. With the control panel moved to the front, two stainless steel tables fold down to allow for maneuverability and easy storage – a boon for grillers with small patios, decks or balconies. While compact, the grill is also roomy enough to cook a 20-pound turkey or roast meats and vegetables at the same time. Porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates offer superior heat retention and quick clean up. An Electronic Crossover ignition system lights the two burners with just one touch of the igniter button, and an easy-to-read fuel gauge lets you know where you stand on fuel at all times.

Assembly took a while but things fit together right. I bought the special protective cover for it. I really like the drop down side shelves. The cover fits nicely. The new grill takes up less space then my old grill. I was able rearrange my garage allowing the grill to fit beside the overhead door. That allowed me to place my roll away tool box next to it.
I had to use the UPS store for my shipping address since the grill exceeded the maximum weight. I called the store to give them a heads up. I didn’t want it shipped back before I could pick it up. There was a $5.00 fee since I did not have mail box there. I also got a text messaged when it was dropped off. I called UPS store to let them know I was coming. They loaned my a hand truck to get it out to my truck.
Also, it went about a month without use and I took the cover off yesterday and the grill was full of mold. Granted, I don't clean it until it sparkling clean or anything, but I don't think I neglect it, either. In the past, I've owned an Igloo and a Char-Broil. I lived in Connecticut so I would go for the whole winter without using them and I've never seen anything like that before.
Another thing is that Consumer Reports and other reviews claimed that flare-ups were minimal. I beg to differ. I encounter ALOT of flare-ups. I don't like this grill at all.
I cooked my first meal yesterday. It was chicken thighs. I followed the instructions for chicken thighs that came with the grill. I have to say it was the best cooked chicken that I have every done. It was juicy and didn't have any charred areas. I only opened the hood to turn the meat as per the instructions for cooking. I'm looking forward to many great meals with this Weber grill.
I really appreciate the build quality, it is very sturdy enamel painted steel and high grade stainless steel. The door is double walled giving it a very sturdy feel. The folding side leafs lock in place forming a perfectly level surface.
The burners have covers that protect them from anything that might fall from the food and any liquids are channeled into a disposable foil tray that you can clean and re-use if you choose too. Given that all of the pieces inside the grill are removable, it is easy to clean.
The gas tank holder is a rather ingenious scale that weighs the remaining liquid in the tank to give you an estimation of how full it is. Not sure how accurate it is yet but is claims my old tank is little over half full which seems about right.
With both burners on full for about 15 mins the air temperature got to about 600 while I measured the grill surface at around 700 with a cheap IR thermometer. Cooked a bunch of frozen 1/4 pounders in about 10 mins.
