I totally disagree with one star review by "Common Sense". So much so I have to write my first review. I ordered this book based on its `goodreads' description. Early on I was bookmarking the pages I found especially informative, interesting or valuable. I quickly had to up that to sticky notes, finally to a highlighter because this book is so full of insight and practical, real-world advice.
I promised a friend I would lend it to her once I was finished but (sorry Carolyne!) I've changed my mind. I'm hanging on this one - it is definitely a keeper.
- The Portion Distorter. And too much "Sitting Duck".

This book makes a lot of sense. I love how Dr. Zentner puts 'problem eaters' into categories. There is no one reason why overweight people have weights issues. Read morePublished 8 months ago by jamie christensen
I loved this book because it takes a practical approach to weight loss. It doesn't offer a miracle cure or a crazy fast weight loss program. Read morePublished on Feb. 20 2014 by Amanda List
