About the Author
Melissa Joulwan is the author of the best-selling Well Fed cookbook series and the award-winning blog www.MelJoulwan.com, where she writes about her triumphs and failures in the gym, in the kitchen, and in life. I would rate this as one of the top cookbooks I ever bought!
If you already eat paleo, or want to try and give it the best shot possible, this is a must-have book.
All recipes are simple to follow, ingredients are not hard to find and the end products have become regular items in our meal rotation. I have been participating in a Whole30 (It starts with food - Melissa & Dallas Hartwig) and these recipes have made me realize just how delicious REAL food can be! With this book in my arsenal why would I ever go back to flavourless, processed garbage!
I can't wait for Well Fed 2! I would recommend this book to anyone looking to change things up in the kitchen and experience a whole new world of food.
This book is about FOOD and how to love it and eat it unabashedly and make each meal your own. The recipes are incredibly delicious, filling, healthy, and compliant.
Mel gives warm insight into her childhood and how her family instilled the love of experimenting by virtue of trusting ones heart and taste buds.
Simply cannot wait for volume two coming this fall
PS: I have the hard copy and TWO e-versions of this book. THAT is how much I love it.

My favourite cook book hands down! If you're doing Paleo/Whole 30, an asset. If you just like to eat delicious food a NECESSITY!
