The author draws some interesting parallels between writing and running, and he does it with clear/readable language. The book is also filled with insights and philosophies about life, aging, and of course running. I found it easy to read, the vocabulary is not difficult and the chapters flow together seamlessly. If you like running marathons or other long distances, this book will be a pleasure for you to read.
