Very clear and well written for younger children. My son is 12 and he was a bit mature for this workbook. In my opinion it is perfectly suitable for an age group of 7 to 10. It definitely got us started on ways to improve things though. It really helped as a stepping stone to activities and resources that we could continue with.

Great purchase, we found this book a help for a 13 yr old with OCD. He is also receiving professional help-- and the psychologist used THIS book (and the "Worry too Much" one as well) in her practice. Great info; well explained.

These books are a great resource for clinicians doing CBT with kids under 10. I don't necessarily use the books in session (though often recommend to parents), but find them a good inspiration for activities/skills to work on in sessions and to give ideas of how to teach CBT concepts to kid in language they will understand.

This book has been excellent for helping my daughter understand what OCD really is. Put's it in a way kids can really understand and know that they aren't any different from any one else, they just have a brain "blip".

This book is very easy for children to understand and has great activities for them to do which is aimed at their level. I would recommend this for children and the "talking back to ocd " book for parents by John March as they have very similar activites to do.

Very helpful and practical for my seven year old son, but was also helpful in explaining to other friends and family members what he was going through. Highly recommended!!!
