ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I'VE READ ON THE SUBJECTReviewed in the United States on September 2, 2020
I've had a career in sales and marketing and I was an ad copywriter and producer for radio and television for many years. I thought that I was doing the right thing. It just didn't make any sense to me that what had worked for years with brides just didn't work anymore! Alan brought me up-to-date with his sales tips and insights for today's brides. Just a few tweaks...and I wasn't getting ghosted anymore. And...I'm having meaningful conversations again...even if they are only on the phone or virtual during Covid19. If your sales are stalled, get the book!

This Book Had An Immediate Impact On My BusinessReviewed in the United States on September 5, 2018
I heard Alan teach live and was blown away. He obviously knows what he is talking about. Had a chance to meet him and he was considerate, available, approachable, and fun! I devoured this book and found it immediately applicable and helpful. I starte implementing his techniques in my communication with leads and within the first two weeks booked two weddings WITHOUT a call or meeting! It was a direct result of implementing the digital conversation Alan teaches. I was asking for a meeting in my first response, which I regret, and likely lost lots of potential opportunities. No more! Thanks Alan! Can’t wait to devour the next book!
If you are serious about getting callsReviewed in the United States on September 20, 2018
I have read many of Alan's books and this is one of his best that really took the customer experience to the next level. I really enjoyed each chapter that had an action step that you should take. I have made several changes to my responses to the wedding prospects I receive for my DJ business and getting great results. If you want clients to call you back, this is the must have book. Thanks Alan, can't wait to see what you have next.
Great to keep conversations going!Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2019
I read this book and applied it to all the conversations I've had with potential customers. It definitely keeps the conversation going if applied correctly. I find this useful in the nurturing process of trying to attain new clientele. Good read!
