HASH(0x9aa9b4e0) out of 5 stars Great educational book, easy to read and incorporate April 29 2008

I found this book educational and easy to read. Written in plain language that I can easily read through. I have no nutritional education and never took chemistry classes. I usually find this kind of info hard to understand but could easily grasp everything in this book. It provides general explanations and great advise & real life examples.
It's a great resource for busy working or not working parents who want to get their kid on with a good start in life.
I also highly recommend her other book The Natural Makeover Diet, which is also written in the same easy to read language.
Both books provide great explanation about healthy nutrition, what happens in the body, and gives great tools to live a healthy life. No diets, it's an education for life.

HASH(0x9aa9d42c) out of 5 stars A lot of info I already knew, but good for parents who need nutritional education July 13 2011

I would definitely recommend this book- especially for parents who have no idea how important it is that we pay attention how our kids are eating. Proper eating and digestive health is the key. I was hoping for me, I would gain some new knowledge from this book. I am already following much of what this book talks about so most of it was review.
