I just finished reading this book, and like all books by Vanderhaeghe, the information is well researched. She focuses on vitamins/minerals/herbs to assist in 25 women's health conditions and has written in detail symptoms,causes for each as well as health tips to enhance healing. This book is a must have for all us women. It's easy reading too without alot of words few of us understand.

I ordered this book along with Lorna's other book on hormone health, Sexy Hormones. After reading both books I will say Sexy Hormones is the book you really need to get into detail on how to improve your health, but the A-Z Women's guide is a great quick chart-type reference guide for most of the same issues listed in the other book. You'll get a breakdown of symptoms and then what herbs and nutrition you need. I would read A-Z first to get a basic knowledge of your condition and then move onto Sexy Hormones. You'll get the info you need in much greater detail. This woman knows her stuff...I attended one of her seminars back in March and have been on her herbal products ever since with great results.
