This is the third book in the Elite Seven Series and was a fantastic read. Great writing with so much angst and anticipation my head was spinning, I couldn't keep up with pace, it was so intense.
I had mixed feelings for Samuel Gunner aka Wrath, one minute I felt sorry for him, then he turned into a complete A$$$hole, then he turned a corner and I loved him, and last but not least I wanted to punch his lights out - yep so many feeling this book evoked in me. The story delivered right from the start, Wrath is an intense, angry,domineering character with a huge temper and a big chip on his shoulder. He has spent his life being shunned by his father and grandparents, not given any affection or love as a young child into adulthood he has grown bitter about life; the only person he loves and protects is his sister.
This book is quite dark and has some eye opening events that take place but I loved it and couldn't soak it all up fast enough. Wrath seemed to take on the whole world on his own in this book, fighting the fight and never seeming to get any further along. The Elite once again trying to destroy his life and causing devastation along every step he took, and that ending - good lord please bring me Envy as soon as possible. Brilliant fast paced story that you don't want to miss !!!
