*Really* great looking Xbox. Same with the controller, very pleasing aesthetically. Nice custom sounds on the power and eject buttons. I'm really glad that I waited for this system just for the look of the finish alone. Not too overbearing or busy with the color palette, but just right.
Disappointed with the bright white light on the front of the XBox and controller. Wish I could disable both, as its distracting when gaming in a dark room or watching a movie. No USB plugs on the front, so getting around behind the system is a bit annoying to plug something in on the fly.
EDIT - as of Nov. 12, 2015, my opinion has increased somewhat. The backward compatibility addition is a big deal for the XBone. Definitely a plus. The menu interface has also been improved, made a bit more streamlined. Still not simplified as I'd like to see, but improved.
A big minus due to the fact that the digital version of the game wasn't part of the physical copy exchange option that M$ had. No way do I want to use digital games for a console that can be resold later. You would think that spending over $600 for the bundle would be a part of that exchange!
Another minus for the console interface in general (not related to the bundle specifically, of course). It leaves a lot to be desired, due to the Windows 8-like interface. Hard to find things sometimes, and often leaves me looking it up on Google or Youtube. It needs to be trimmed down and simplified.
Overall, for me, it was worth the purchase. Initially, I didn't feel that way, though, mostly because of the exchange issue. I'm having fun with it, and that's all that matters!

Xbox One is starting to have a nice category of games, with Sunset Overdrive, the Halo Anniversary Collection, Gears of War Collection, Forza 5/6, Forza Horizon and many other exclusive games coming out, this console has a lot of content for everyone no matter what the age. I will update my review within a week to reflect any changes or improvements that have occurred and give more in depth-thoughts, as I continue to use this well-built, good looking device, stay-tuned.

I'm here mostly to upload my pictures.
Just one quip about it that bugged me that I would have thought be part of something this expensive and elite like, though I guess I should have read the description better but excitement blinds me :P
-Controller is battery power and not the rechargeable pack...I wouldn't mind paying extra for that to be included next time, I mean my Xbox One Day One version had that, and that rechargeable pack would include that cable, which is fairly common to obtain, to download updates to controller if need be.
Later I might get the headset especially design for this because I like matching sets, might get it for christmas time.
