Modern consoles are wonderful things, if you need but one device, I suggest a console with an internet connection. Like all modern consoles, this xbox plays Blu-Rays, Games, apps to run Netflix, Crackle and hundreds more streaming applications. Anyways, most everyone knows the capabilities of this device.

What's key is the look and feel of the console and controller itself in this edition. Sitting in a typical spot for a DVD or blue ray player on modern TV stands it's white color looks great. The controller feels awesome, and also has the white colour. In our home the family likes their own controllers so this white one is great in being unique.
Dimensionally this is exact same as the Xbox One that has been sold for the last little while.

The unique color is worth the price of an xbox, the added game is just gravy. Personally purchasing it in May for my sons birthday, I would have hoped the price would have been slightly lower given that they just announced the Xbox One S. I do still think we got full value out of our purchase though.

Would have loved for the controller to be the Lunar white one, but hey... ;)
The UI requires some getting used to when compared to the X360, but it's ok.

As for Quantum Break... I refuse to play it until they remove the bloody stupid grainy filter they added. It's on at all times and it is not just a little bit of grain that is added, it's a snow fest. Apparently they will add the possibility to turn it off in a future fix, but I won't hold my breath. Until then, I am not playing it as it's really frustrating.

The Quantum Break XBox One White Bundle is a great bundle in terms of value
But, it's down fall is it's plain white look
It has nothing really special it's a white color XBox One Console
This is my second Xbox One (The original black still looks better)

One thing to keep in mind is the Controller the mold or something is much different
My first White Console arrived but, had massive issues with the controller the (A) button would stick constantly
Tried to contacted Microsoft about this major issues
It's close to impossible I'm a fan of Microsoft as a company but, good Lord there customer service stinks!
So i had to pack up and return the console to Amazon after i received a Replacement console
all for a broken controller
So this is my 2nd 500GB White Console and truth be told the white controller is once again "off"
I can compare the original black controller to the white Quantum Break controller
The white controller feels "cheap" compared to the original one
I'm sure it's the mold they used to create the white controller I've had countless controllers throughout the 32+ years I've been playing home consoles never had anything this strange
All consumers should keep this in mind If you chose to get this Bundle test the controller and make sure it feels right to you
Besides this massive problem this is actually a really great Special Edition Bundle you get two HQ Remedy games
make sure to also get a 3-5 TB External hard drive you'll need it between back-wards compatible titles you'll have in your games
and the other games you add to the XBOne library space gets gobbled up very quick
Also if you are planing to jump into this generation or you already have a PS4 and want to get a XBox One
Make sure you have a middle of the road Home Theater System
Audio is just as important as the silly PQ debate

Despite the controller gamble this is a solid way to go if you plan on getting a XBox One
The price is awesome and you get plenty of bang for your buck
With two amazing Exclusives that changed home consoles 9.4/10

I honestly bought this due to the fact that I was off from work and had nothing to do. The game it comes with is pretty fun to play, a nice concept. The color of the console and control look amazing as well. However if you want something smaller, I suggest you go for the xbox one s. If you insist on downloading the games I would suggest getting something to add to the memory, most games have large data that will take up this memory real quick. All in all it's a pretty solid system that meet what I'm looking for.

I bought the lightning deal, and I think it was worth it. Quantum Break is extremely entertaining! Alan Wake I haven't gotten a chance to play just yet, but it looks to be a good game. Be that as it may, the Xbox One has some... undesirable characteristics. It's very bulky compared to the sleek PS4. All the plugs are in the back. When I tried to plug in my controller (because it wasn't responding although it was on), I accidentally hit the power button, which is very sensitive, and turned off the console. I was in the middle of a game. I didn't really lose too much luckily, but I hate to think about if I had... In addition, while in the Microsoft edge app, I was trying to watch something (on a site that doesn't have its own app), and every 10 minutes or so, it would leave the app and go to the home screen unless I moved the cursor around. I'm not sure if there's a way to stop this from happening, but I didn't see it in settings anywhere. It was a bit annoying having to go back and find where I was in the video... My last issue: it takes kind of a long time for it to turn on... at least in comparison to my PS4. Overall, I like it, but I'm not 100% in love. I don't want to make this PS4 vs XBOX ONE, but I can't help but notice that the XBOX ONE fails in comparison.

I kind of wish I had waited for the Xbox One S (I HATE the power brick - how could they not have figured out a way to build that in?) but aside from that, the system is great. Quantum Break was a decent game and I hear Alan Wake is worth the time, so I look forward to getting around to it. The updates to the OS have been good so far but, honestly, they have GOT to get rid of all the ads... The whole home screen is littered in little billboards trying to tempt you to buy this or that. I made sure to get Xbox Live Gold for the Games with Gold benefit - the fact that I can keep the games even if it lapses is excellent, and it is helping me to quickly build a library of games (including the 360 games I had missed last gen when I had fallen out of love with gaming for a spell).

In the end, I don't regret my purchase but if I didn't have this already, I would definitely pay a little extra for the One S or, more likely, just wait for Scorpio and all the greatness it promises.
