This is the first book by Mr. Miller and I hope there are many more in the works. Xpatriot is a fast read and spellbinding. Character development is very impressive. Mr. Miller knows a whole lot about the military from direct personal experience as an outstanding young Army officer. Some of the characters he created in this book seem destined to appear again in the near future. I can't wait for the next one. Get this book and start your Randall Miller library right now!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. If you have any background or interest in the military or intelligence operations, you will enjoy this book. The author develops a character well getting you to understand the human motivations of his actions through a series of events to an interesting conclusion. This is a fast moving, action book that is thorougly enjoyable to read.

A great story by a new author. Mr. Miller clearly understands the nature and dynamics of relationships in the military which greatly adds to the story. A must read for those who enjoy military novels coupled with suspense and action.

Out of the gates, the book hits the ground running and has you wanting for more. Plenty of detail, exciting main charachter and a nice twist at the end will keep me looking for the next "Green" adventure. I was equally impressed that this was Randy Miller's first book! First time Author, new charachters and to top it was excellent. What a "gem" to stumble accross.

HASH(0xa22164d4) out of 5 stars Outstanding! Feb. 20 2005

I wish this book was longer and can't wait to read the next installment. I couldn't put this book down - a true page turner. The author, Randy Miller, did a great job being descriptive and creating a great plot. Politically speaking he does a great job making you think how we not only have to worry about terrorists but dirty politicians as well.
