The XLink family of products make it possible to send and receive cell phone calls using regular telephones. No more searching for your cell phones - just use regular phones at home or in the office.
Use your cell phone's service plan from the comfort and convenience of your home phones. Take advantage of carry-over minutes, free nights and weekends, mobile to mobile, unlimited calling plans and free long distance from our cell phone service provider.
The XLink does not have a monthly or annual fee. All calls are placed using your cell phone's plan. No new number or contract is necessary.
The XLink works with existing wired and wireless phones. No new equipment is needed.
Many homes and offices have dead spots. The XLink allows you to keep your cell phone in a location with good reception. Calls can then be made from anywhere in the home on your existing home phone equipment.
The XLink can simultaneously connect to three different cell phones - one for each family member. As many standard telephones as desired can be plugged into the back of the XLink. Whenever any of the connected cell phones ring, all the standard telephones ring as well.

I'm using the device with a HTC Windows Phone (dont smile) and it works perfectly. My cell had no problem connecting to both the Xlink and my music Bluetooth device at the same time (AUKEY Bluetooth receiver).
While connected to the device, you can answer your cell directly, didn't cause any issue. Bonus for me: I haven't disabled the answering machine at home, so if I'm unavailable when my cellphone rings, my home answering machine will take the message...
So, very happy!
I am sure this will be an easy transition from landline and having two phone bills.
I've only synched my own mobile to it, but it does what it's supposed to. When I come into the house, it automatically links to my cell, and the signal is strong enough to reach around the whole house. I plugged the base station from the former landline into it, and all the remote handsets work just as though they were plugged "into the wall".

Wasted money, will drop link too often. Good idea, bad design and manufacturingPublished 2 months ago by Amazon Customer
I'm sure there's better quality ones out there but for the price, this one has worked out great for us. Only issue is a slight initial lag when answering a call. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Jeff O
It works, but it is fusy, it has to be close to cell phone, or reception is poor. It connects, phone rings 20 feet away, but connection is poor. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Brian B.
