So far I have made the "Tunaless Tuna Salad" which was awesome, the "Cauliflower Chocolate Pudding" yes it sounds crazy but it is also crazy delicious, the Mango-Pomegranate Guacamole, yum and the Samosa Burger which was lip smackingly good! I’m looking forward to making the Szechuan Beef which I have had numerous times at YamChops and is my absolute favourite dish!
What I also love about this cookbook is that it is well constructed and stays open flat when you cook from it which is an added bonus!! I feel that this is a cookbook that I will return to time and time again especially when I want to wow my guests! It's perfect for the veg curious and for experienced veggie cooks who want to add delicious recipes to their repertoire.
