Format: Paperback
This book is a very interesting read. I learned a lot about what I need to do to improve my health. It offers insight into how to tell what your body may be lacking and how you can improve it. Some of the life changes to ones diet are not necessarily realistic but it depends on what you are looking for. I think it's worth reading and whatever you get from it will benefit you!

I love this book! I use it so often that the pages are dogeared, warped and food stained. :)
I've made almost all the recipes, there are quite a few that have become
my go-to recipes when i don't know what to make for dinner or i need something quick and easy to make.
The soup recipes are super good.
The only recipe that was a total flop for me, was the gluten free squash bread.
If you like to see colour pics of what the finished product should look like, this is not the book for you.

Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
The doc knows her stuff! This is basically a recipe book but there is a quick overview at the beginning about the food combining. I don't know if there is scientific evidence about food combining but I do feel much better when I do follow her advice about eating certain foods together. The recipes are good.
I recommend this recipe book and I look forward to reading the book about the eating program.
