I loved this book. The end of the book though, omygod. I can't even explain how much it shook me. Through the whole book I literally hated Sasha. When she first showed up in this book, I hated her. I hated her even more when I found out how she manipulated Amber and how she just sabotaged Diego all the time! I have no idea how Diego created a sponge that changes colours when it gets wet but OK sure dude. Amber was a great character, but when I found that she designed the whole thing, I nearly threw up. Like, she was gonna spend the rest of her life rotting in prison probably. Robbie was a nice guy too. Only if he wasn't too keen killing Diego. And Priya. And Scott. Now Priya, she was aMaZiNg. Literally. Like she tried to make Amber realize that Sasha was bullying her, and I appreciated that. It feels good to know that some people actually tell other people that they're being bullied. Scott.. where do I start. He was my FAVOURITE character out of all the people in this book. He added the humour and he kept half of the secrets with him. This is literally my favourite book.

Urban has a really great sense of timing and pacing, each chapter leaves you wanting to know what happens next whether it's in the past or in the future.

Seriously, this book was addictive, and as far as debut novels go, she's got me hooked!

I couldn't stop reading and so I finished it one go, on Friday the 13th no less [Urban's not the only one with a great sense of timing, jk jk].

Each character has their own reasons for being there, but is it because they did something wrong?

And how easy is it to decide to kill someone you know?

The choice is clear, pick one or you all go.

Fantastic book, I don't want to write too long a review, it's a thriller, it's an escape/locked room, and there's six teens, one needle, and one bomb.

I enjoyed reading the book, the characters are a little 2 dimensional, but the story (especially the flashback sections) is engrossing and moves along at a fair pace! The twist is good but unfortunately the final chapters do get a little messy. I can see that the author didn't want a neat 'happy ending' resolution, but I felt a bit confused and let down by the finale. A fun read for teens.

However, I only liked one of the characters and I guessed some of the twists. Most of the characters are really annoying and self centred. Aside from that this is a good book.
