Chris McIntyre is a director of a UK travel company specializing in southern Africa, traveling regularly throughout the region. He is the author of Bradt's Namibia, Zambia, and Botswana guides and he contributes articles to several travel magazines.
Susan Shand joined the travel industry in 1999 and has created communications strategies for tourist boards, hotels, and tour operators. She now manages public relations for a collection of some of southern Africa's finest independent safari camps and boutique hotels.
