Well, one thin you could do is to unplug a cable from the old psu and plug in right away the new one. But generally speaking, you just want to know where you need to plug as they fit perfectly male into female.

It works with my 1070, so it should work with the 1050. Not sure about the mobo though.

This is an absolutely bog-standard full-atx power supply. It will fit anywhere in a case meant for an atx psu. The micro-atx psu's are much smaller.

It has cables for two PCI-E cards but if you're concerned about wattage you should use a wattage calculator to see how much power you need.

There should be no problem even if the case requires the PSU to be mounted at the top, unless your case is a different size, there is a fan at the bottom of the PSU

The motherboard will work with the psu no problem but since you are referring to a m-atx motherboard if you bought a m-atx case then it probably won't fit.
