There are 2 EPS (cpu power) connectors. I use it on a MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon which requires these 2 connectors.

I bought this to replace the evga psu's because buying cheap also meant buying defective psu's. If you have a quality setup you don't want to replace, put the extra few dollars out and get a gold standard psu that won't let you down.

Yes, it has the 4+4 connector: 2 EPS/ATX12V CABLE 8-PIN (4+4) - Found in description.
For the 20$ rebates this depends on the seller/manufacturer (corsair) sale. You'll have to ask corsair or 3rd party amazon seller.

Its about 3 feet but its your standard 3 prong computer plug so you could easily find a longer one if you need too
