Q: How do I become eligible to get a Welcome Gift?
A: Welcome Gift is available to select customers with active Prime accounts who create a Baby Registry, add at least 20 items to their registry, and have over $25 of purchases from their registry (from themselves or gifters). The $25 threshold does not include tax or shipping costs. It also does not include purchases of Prime membership or Gift Cards.
Q: Once I am eligible, how can I get a Welcome Gift?
A: Once you have waited 1-2 days after completing your eligibility steps, you can click here to add one of the gift items to your cart and enter promotional code WELCOMEBABY at checkout. Note that this is a limited time offer, good while supplies last. Only eligible customers, logged into their Amazon.ca account, will be able to redeem the offer.
Q: I completed the $25 purchase requirement, but I can't claim my Welcome Gift yet, how come?
A: You have to wait until your $25 of purchases are shipped. Once your orders ship from the Amazon.ca facility your requirement will be completed and you will be able to claim your gift.
Q: Are there any limitations to the locations the Welcome Gift ships to?
A: The Welcome Gift can only be shipped within Canada.
Q: How many products can I redeem for my Welcome Gift?
A: Only one Welcome Gift item may be redeemed for free.
Q: Do I need to be the primary owner of the Amazon Prime account to be eligible for a Welcome Gift?
A: Yes, the Welcome Gift will only be available to the Baby Registry owner that has a Prime membership.
Q: Do I need to be the primary owner of the Baby Registry to be eligible for a Welcome Gift?
A: Yes, the Welcome Gift will only be available to the primary owner of the Baby Registry.
Q: If I purchase a gift card from a registry will it count towards the $25 purchase requirement?
A: No. Purchases of gift cards will not count toward the $25 purchase requirement.
