What types of golf shoes are there?
Our store offers a varied selection of both spiked and spikeless golf shoes. Soft spikes are preferable in wet weather conditions, providing you with more grip. Spikeless shoes are optimal for dryer conditions, and are generally more comfortable.
If you're looking for variation in the style of shoe itself, you can also choose between golf sandals and golf boots. Golf sandals are perfect for hotter climates, giving your feet some needed air. Alternatively, golf boots are considerably more weather resistant and can protect your feet when the weather is a bit brisk.
Leather is the most widely used material for golf shoes, creating a comfortable stretch-free waterproof lining. The cheapest golf shoes have a synthetic lining, and although the price tag means these are not quite as durable as leather shoes, they are often light-weight and breathable. Some shoes also have thick, waterproof linings that are sure to keep your feet dry.
