How do you use a pull-up bar?
If you want to make the most of your pull-up bar, you must make sure that your posture is correct. Before grabbing the bar, make sure your body is straight and that you are standing within easy reach of the bar. To start the workout, jump up and grab onto the bar, suspending your body from the ground. Now, bending your knees and crossing your ankles, begin to pull yourself up until your chin is at level with or above the bar. After you’ve reached that point, lower yourself back down to the original position so that your elbows are straight. Repeat these pull-ups in quick successions, making sure that your feet don’t touch the floor.
