How to choose wrist weights
When choosing the best weights for you, consider factors like;
-The weight you prefer. For a beginner, it’s best to opt for a lower weight; even 1 or 2 kg. This will decrease the likelihood of injury, and enable a slow build up to greater toning and strength. Conversely, the more strength the user has, the heavier the weight, as this will provide the greatest resistance in the workout.
-The style you prefer. There are many different colours to choose from, from luminous yellows or pinks to more understated greys and blacks.
-Some come with hand or finger grips, for additional support.
