Why use canteens & water bottles?
Staying hydrated during exercise is imperative, but it's something too many people neglect. It might sound surprising to the seasoned athletes out there, but for many people just starting to get fit, staying hydrated is often an afterthought. Many newcomers think it’s suitable to replace lost fluids with sugar-filled fizzy drinks, further dehydrating themselves and reducing the positive gains from rigorous exercise. Water in all its rejuvenating glory is seen by a lot of people as an inadequate liquid for regaining energy, when in reality it’s one of the most effective. The solution to this problem is a canteen.
