I had read this book as a teen, and loved it... Even though I was shocked to see the love scenes in it, something that didn't happen in first love books when I was a teenager. Rereading it as an adult proved how much I've changed in the last couple of decades - the scenes weren't overly graphic, and they were almost genteel compared to the stuff several of my friends are writing.
All in all, a good read for anyone who doesn't mind a love story set in the 1970s, long before smartphones, or even PCs came along.
