Is this cordless and rechargeable?

No, this version is NOT rechargeable. It needs to be plugged in with the included power adapter for it to power on. For our rechargeable version, search "Zyllion ZMA-13RB."

I work from home and in the office, is there a way to secure the massager onto my chair?

Yes, the massager has adjustable Velcro straps located on the back of the massager. Wrap the straps around the back of your chair and secure with the Velcro. Now you can enjoy a hands-free massage while you work.

My product does not heat up as much as I'd like. Is it possible to make it hotter?

Unfortunately not. Since friction from the mesh combined with the heat function can create more heat sensitivity, we've erred on the side of caution to ensure our customers are safe. Please note, it may take 5-7 minutes to feel the heat.

My product is not turning on or no longer works. What should I do?

Make sure your product's cord connection is secure as it should snap (*clicks*) into place. We also recommend using the car adapter and if it powers on, we can provide you with a new replacement power adapter at no cost to you.

This is my first massager and wish I would have bought it sooner. It feels wonderful on my sore lower back and SI joint area. It isn’t overly hot but enough to sooth the area while the magic “fingers” do their job. Have used it almost daily for the last 2 weeks since it was delivered. I tried it on my neck once but couldn’t seem to get the proper angle for it to work. Although it won’t fix my back issue, it is certainly worth the money (got it on deal) for the relief it provides to me.

I need it for my lower back and it is perfect. It feels so good and my back hasn't felt better in over 20 yrs. I find I need a pillow for my upper back while I use it. I have tried on my shoulder and it is ok but I need to put pillows below and above it for that which takes a little doing to get the position just right. I would recommend it to everyone lol. Some people have said the plug is loose but it isn't, you just need to put until you hear and feel the click then it is nice and secure and doesn't fall out.

Bought this for in between visits to the massage therapist, however it works better than I expected. I use it once per day for one 20 minute cycle. I like that I can move it around to a specific area to work. Best when used with reclining chair. Can modify the pressure this way. If too much body weight, then the unit does not rotate which could shorten its lifespan. Works with a dining chair as well, but harder to maintain position. Would not try it in a car if you are tall as you would have to extend seat back by about 3 inches and they make cars little enough as is. Been using daily for three weeks. Unit seems well constructed and manufacturer backs it with 2 year warantee when you register so this is hopeful that its quality will allow it to continue working for at least that length of time. Will need to see the massage therapist much less now.

I am a massage therapist, so my standards for massage are high. For a little robot that will massage all your major muscle groups I was impressed. More than worth it for a price that is less than one human massage, and you can use it over and over. Definitely helps work out the tough kinks and can actually dig into the tissue fairly well. Only unfortunate thing is that for myself and most others the upper traps and neck are the part we want to target the most, and I find this can't really dig into those spots in a therapeutic manner. Does great on everything else, but using my own hands still seems to beat it for upper traps and neck. Still giving it 5 stars though cause I can't fault them for a $100 device that does a great job on all other muscle groups. Well worth it.
