The bottom of the product has a minor defect. looks like it chipped in somewhere, although its very tiny.Also there seems a tiny patch work done to cement a defect which is visible on the surface. But I'm OK with it as it is small and doesn't affect the overall function. Greenco Marble Mortar and pestle is an above average product and smaller than i expected. Marble is heavy, well polished and does the job.
