Product description

Grandpa J's Greko Lemon Roast Poatato Seasoning 300 grams

Preheat over to 350°F (oven temps may vary)

1.Wash and peel 3 lbs of russet potatoes, cut evenly into quarters.

2. Mix 1 1/2 cup of warm water, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1 1/2 Tablespoons Greko Lemon~ Roast Potatoes Seasoning.

3. Place potatoes a large metal baking pan and spread evenly.

4. Pour marinade mixture of potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

5. Bake/Roast in oven till liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.

Tips and Hints: Cut potatoes even sized, Cook on lower oven rack. Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp.

Greek restaurant potatoes are one of my most favourite foods. I have tried for years to make Greek style potatoes at home was never satisfied with the outcome. This summer I tried the Greko lemon seasoning and was finally able to make Greek style potatoes that I love!!! I now prefer my own Greek potatoes to any restaurant. If you or your loved ones like Greek potatoes I 100% recommend this seasoning. I have gifted this to a few people and everyone loves it.
