FBA can fulfil your orders from other sales channels from your inventory stored at an Amazon fulfilment centre. You manage your inventory through a simple online user interface and can direct us to return the inventory in our fulfilment centres at any time.

What services are included in the Fulfilment by Amazon fees?
FBA fees include:
- Storage of your products in an Amazon fulfilment centre
- Picking and packing of your products when a customer orders them (on or off Amazon.ca)
- Shipping of your products to the customer including free shipping with Amazon Prime or eligible orders at no extra cost to you
- Customer service and returns for products sold on Amazon.ca
How It Works
How does Amazon receive and store my inventory?
When you ship your inventory to Amazon for fulfilment, you can be assured that it will be stored in a secure environment. We store inventory either in bulk or in individual "pickable" locations. Media products are stored on library-type shelving in vertical, spine-out positions with loose stacking to avoid "shelf wear." Specialty items such as food or high-value goods may be placed in specific secure or climate-controlled areas of the fulfilment centre as appropriate.
Your inventory is generally scanned and made available for sale within days of being received at a fulfilment centre. You can track the status of your shipment in Seller Central.
How do I get started with Fulfilment by Amazon?
Existing sellers: Click the Get started button at the top of this page. Once FBA has been added to your account, visit your Manage Inventory page, choose the products you would like to have Amazon fulfil, and click Change to Fulfilled by Amazon under Actions. Our online inbound shipping workflow will walk you through the rest.
New sellers: Click the Get started button at the top of this page and follow the directions on the FBA page to sign up for a new FBA account.
